This policy describes what personal data the HealthyWolf website (myhealthywolf.com) processes, for what purpose and on what basis, and what rights you have. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who processes your data
The data controller is the HealthyWolf project. For any questions about your data, write to myhealthywolf@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
- Email address — when you choose to leave it, in order to receive the full breakdown of your test results and materials by email.
- Your test answers and result (state type and scores) — stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and not sent to us until you submit your email.
- Technical data — anonymous visit statistics (if analytics is enabled): country, device, referral source. No personal identification.
We do not collect your name, phone number, payment details or health data. The test is for educational purposes and is not a medical diagnosis.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Your email is used to send you the breakdown and useful emails about body, mind and habits. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Who your data is shared with
To send emails we use systeme.io — it acts as a data processor and stores your email on its servers in line with its own privacy policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own advertising.
5. How long we keep it
Your email is kept while you're subscribed. As soon as you unsubscribe (there's a link in every email) or ask us to delete your data, we remove the address from the database.
6. Your rights
- access your data and get a copy;
- correct inaccurate data;
- erase your data ("right to be forgotten");
- withdraw consent and unsubscribe;
- lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

7. Cookies and analytics
The site uses your browser's localStorage to save your test result and chosen language — these are not advertising cookies. If web analytics is enabled, anonymous counters may be used; they do not identify you personally.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the latest change is shown at the top of the page.
